Pastor Steve and Elaine Upshur
Pastor Steve is the original founder of Peacemakers International. He has been in full-time ministry since 1980. Pastor Steve is well known for being unconventional, his ability to connect with people, and his care for others! Pastor Steve is a dynamic speaker with a reputation for telling it like it is. Promoting unity in the body of Christ is among His main ministry passions, as Jesus prayed that all His people would be one!

Mrs. Elaine Upshur also is in full-time ministry alongside her husband. She diligently handles much of the behind the scenes business of the ministry. Elaine is gifted in the areas of intercessory prayer as well as teaching! She loves to teach “common sense” themes to those she influences.
Pastor Steve and Elaine Upshur were married in 1977 and have 4 children, Jeremiah, Daniel, Jonathan, and Joy.
Jeremiah and Nicole Upshur
Jeremiah has been involved full time with Peacemakers International since 1998. He serves in various leadership capacities within the ministry, including overseeing the G-O-D in the 3-1-3 brand!
Jeremiah is responsible for the day-to-day ministry which includes equipping, pastoring alongside his father, and all the administrative needs of the church. Whether it’s a Saturday afternoon or a Tuesday evening, he can always be found at Peacemakers hard at work. Committed to investing in others, Jeremiah continues to make a difference in the lives of those coming through Peacemakers doors.
Putting no limits on the vision God placed before him and Peacemakers International, Jeremiah is sure to take ministry to new heights.

Kenny and Rozlynn Holland
In November 2019, Peacemakers had the privilege of ordaining Kenny Holland as a minister of Peacemakers International. We have known Kenny and Rozlynn for the last 8 years. They have a good reputation in the body of Christ and have faithfully served in various leadership capacities for years. Kenny and Rozlynn are the proud parents of Mavin and Alley!
One of the main projects that they are presently engaging in on behalf of Peacemakers, is the resurrection of the Mercy House for women. Kenny and Rozlynn currently Pastor a home church network under Peacemakers International in the Pontiac and Flint area and, through Gods leading, are looking to grow that into the Metro Detroit area.
Kenny and Rozlynn have shown that they have a big heart for people as they reach the lost with the gospel, and faithfully shepherd God’s people. Together, they bring a lot to the table.
